Nutrition counselling at PURE can cover anything from food to emotions, mindset shifts, exercise, rest, self-care, relationships, stress, and even sex! My goal is to help restore your body, mind and soul so you can live a vibrant life where you look and feel great.

Transformational coaching is a deep dive into areas of your life where you’re ready to breakthrough & truly transform. Whether you’ve been doing the work or want to start, I’ll help you navigate the changes needed to reach your vision.


Personal coaching programs will help you radically improve your body, health and life. Together, we’ll uncover your specific lifestyle goals and I’ll support you with tools so you can thrive in a body and life that feels balanced and right for you.

Blending intuition, nutrition support, energy healing, yoga philosophy, spiritual insight, meditation practices, mindset tools, business principles and coaching, we’ll unpack what’s holding you back and help you live a soul-full, aligned life. 

We can customize coaching and nutrition packages to suit your needs, goals, preferences, lifestyle and budget.

The options range from a deep dive call to unleash a burning desire, question or imbalance to monthly programs that are 3, 6 or 12 months, that include access to bi-weekly calls, unlimited email/text support for the duration of the program.

During a 90 minute deep-dive consultation, we’ll go deep quickly. We’ll uncover what’s holding you back, any limiting beliefs or emotions that are blocking your true potential.

I’ll answer your questions and provide ideas, tools, guidance, inspiration and motivation to get you started on your journey to re-balance any areas of your life that feel imbalanced, with no ongoing commitment to a program.

This 90 minute session can be used for nutrition needs, energetic/emotional imbalances, personal support/growth, life-coaching or business planning/strategies/fundamentals.

New and/or aspiring holistic practitioners, can also use a Deep Dive Session as a chance to chat personally with me about how I built my business, or any other business-related questions.  I can offer suggestions, ideas, support and resources to help you build or grow your business.


I counsel clients via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or phone any where in the world. 

During your initial consultation, we talk. We explore things like diet, lifestyle habits, personal and family histories. Likes and dislikes. Any health concerns you have, and what your goals are. I’ll explain the important relationship between diet and health in ways you’ve probably never even considered.

After our initial session, I prepare a complete plan to suit your unique needs. One that fits with your goals, your life and your preferences. Then I’ll assign small diet and lifestyle changes for you to get started on right away. Small is key. The reality is, change can be overwhelming. No matter how excited you are to make it happen. A step-by-step approach ensures the process is enjoyable and sustainable.

Together, we monitor your successes and make adjustments based on what’s working for you and what isn’t. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss the results you see. Ask questions. Get feedback and motivational support.

You’ll leave each session with a clear understanding of which steps to take next, and the tools to make it happen.


• 60 minute Initial Consultation where I get to know you and your history. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan to help you achieve them

• Personalized eating guidelines and supplement recommendations to address any deficiencies or imbalances we’ve identified to help you reach your unique goals plus a recipe book (that includes healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options – including drinks and treats!)

• Personalized recommendations for self-care routines + mind/body therapies to support you in reaching your goal 

• Customized exercise recommendations you’ll actually enjoy

• Bi-weekly one-to-one coaching calls (30 minutes each) where we work through your transformation program together.  I’m here for going support, education, motivation and accountability for 3 months to help you transform your body, health and life

• Unlimited email support between sessions. You have access to me during the entire 90 days for on going support, motivation and inspiration and don’t have to wait to ask a question when you think of one

Referrals to complimentary holistic or integrative practitioners, if needed/desired

The Art of Living From the Inside Out – an 8 week online, self-paced program for women that you can do anywhere! Follow the program from the comfort of your home, in your car, at the cottage, on vacation or while strolling outside.
