Wellness coaching at PURE can cover anything from food to emotions, mindset shifts, exercise, rest, self-care, relationships, stress, energy healing and even sex! My goal is to help restore your body, mind and soul so you can live a vibrant life where you look and feel amazing, naturally. 

Energy coaching is a deep dive into areas of your life where you’re ready to breakthrough & truly transform. Whether you’ve been doing the work or want to start, I’ll help you navigate the changes needed to revitalize your energy levels naturally so you can bring passion into your health, life, business, home and heart. 


Personal coaching packages are custom tailored to suit your specific goals, timeline and budget and are designed to help you radically increase your energy, boost your confidence and renew your purpose and passion.

Together, we’ll uncover your specific goals and I’ll support you with tools and a customized package so you can thrive in a body and life that feels alive, aligned and full of purpose and passion.

During the 60 minute deep-dive consultation, we’ll go deep quickly. We’ll take an assessment of your current energy levels, uncover where you want to go, what’s holding you back, where your energy is being drained, any limiting beliefs or emotions that are blocking your true potential.

I’ll answer your questions and provide ideas, tools, guidance, inspiration and motivation to get you started on your journey to reclaim your energy and balance any areas of your life that feel imbalanced, with no ongoing commitment to a program.

During this session we’ll schedule a 30 minute follow-up call for additional support, questions or accountability.

• 60 minute Initial Consultation where I get to know you and your history. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan to help you achieve them

• Personalized nutrition and lifestyles guidelines plus supplement recommendations to address any deficiencies or imbalances we’ve identified to help you reach your unique goals 

• Where applicable, plans may include a Metabolic Balance Program – blood testing, individualized nutrition plan and ongoing support with five 1:1 coaching sessions

• Personalized recommendations for self-care routines + mind/body therapies and mindset strategies to support you in reaching your goal 

• Customized exercise recommendations you’ll actually enjoy

• One-to-one coaching calls where we work through your transformation program together.  I’m here for going support, education, motivation and accountability for the duration of your program to help you accelerate your energy, confidence and passion in your body, health and life 

Referrals to complimentary holistic or integrative practitioners, if needed/desired

We first connect over Zoom, WhatsApp or phone (any where in the world). 

During your initial consultation, we talk. We explore things like goals, diet, lifestyle habits, personal and family histories, likes and dislikes, mindset traps or limiting beliefs and any health concerns you have.

During our initial session, I’ll provide you with tips and techniques to implement immediately and prepare an outline for customized package to suit your unique needs. One that fits with your goals, your life and your preferences.

Then I’ll assign small diet and lifestyle changes for you to get started on right away. Small is key. The reality is, change can be overwhelming. No matter how excited you are to make it happen. A step-by-step approach ensures the process is enjoyable, sustainable and successful.

Together, we monitor your successes and make adjustments based on what’s working for you and what isn’t. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss the results you see. Ask questions. Get feedback and motivational support.

You’ll leave each session with a clear understanding of which steps to take next, and the tools to make it happen.


The Art of Living From the Inside Out – an 8 week online, self-paced program to boost your energy that you can do anywhere! Follow the program from the comfort of your home, in your car, at the cottage, on vacation or while strolling outside. Access the contents on your computer, tablet, phone or audio device, at your own pace, on your own schedule.
