During your initial consultation, we talk. We explore things like diet, lifestyle habits, personal and family histories. Likes and dislikes. Any health concerns you have, and what your goals are. I’ll explain the important relationship between diet and health in ways you’ve probably never even considered.
After we meet, I prepare a complete plan to suit your unique nutritional needs. One that fits with your goals, your life and your preferences. Then I’ll assign small diet and lifestyle changes for you to get started on right away. Small is key. The reality is, change can be overwhelming. No matter how excited you are to make it happen. A step-by-step approach ensures the process is enjoyable and sustainable.
Together, we monitor your successes and make adjustments based on what’s working for you and what isn’t. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss the results you see. Ask questions. Get feedback and motivational support.
You’ll leave each session with a clear understanding of which steps to take next, and the tools to make it happen.
